We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiries and scheduling meetings;
  • Providing, managing, and communicating about our services;
  • Operating, maintaining, debugging, and improving the Site;
  • Measuring Site traffic and performance (with your consent);

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit its use under the CCPA.

3. Retention

We keep each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Inquiry and business contact information is kept for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings configured with our analytics providers. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

4. Your rights under the CCPA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know and access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it;
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, but you may still submit an opt-out request and we will honor it;
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Response timing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will tell you why.

6. Global Privacy Control

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and any profile associated with it.

7. Minors

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8. Shine the Light

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
